Support Staff
CJI is supported in its work by an efficient and reliable group of support staff who provide assistance with inspections and ensure the smooth running of the organisation as a whole.
Inspection Support Officer
CJI currently employs one Inspection Support Officer who undertakes much of the research and administration for each inspection. Her role in the organisation is key to ensuring the smooth-running of each inspection and the promotion and maintenance of
good relationships between CJI and the agencies it inspects.
Amanda Hannan joined CJI in November 2006. She previously worked in marketing for the training division of contract consultancy firm Quigg Golden in Belfast and Dublin and as a journalist in a weekly newspaper. Amanda holds a BA Hons in Politics and History (Ulster, 1998) and the NVQ Level 4 in Newspaper Journalism from the Belfast Institute of Further and Higher Education.
Business Support Staff
CJI also benefits from the assistance of a Business Support Team that manages the human, physical, financial and IT resources of CJI. The Business Support Team help the Inspection Team to do their job efficiently and effectively by providing a pleasant working environment and the resources as necessary to fulfill the Inspection programme.

The Business Support Team is currently made up of,
Martina White, Business Support Officer,
Linda Boal, PA to the Chief Inspector;
John Gallagher, IT Systems Administrator and
Paula McCullough, Administration Support Officer.
