Inspection of Adult Safeguarding Arrangements in Northern Ireland published

Criminal Justice Inspection Northern Ireland (CJI) has published an Inspection Report examining how criminal justice organisations identified, reported and responded to adult safeguarding concerns.  These organisations included the Police Service of Northern Ireland, the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland Prison Service and the Youth Justice Agency.  Inspectors also examined the Department of Justice’s role in adult safeguarding and the Adult Protection Bill.
