“Inspectors found work commenced in January to fulfil our Inspection recommendations had continued when we revisited the prison in September 2016.  We welcome this positive momentum but it must be maintained in order for Maghaberry to move forward, especially when concerns remain around the support for vulnerable prisoners and the availability and use of drugs,” said the Chief Inspector.
