A light touch review of Criminal Justice Inspection Northern Ireland and its work has been carried out on behalf of the Criminal Justice Policy Division of the Northern Ireland Office. The review which was carried out during the spring of 2008 commended the Inspectorate’s collaborative approach to inspection and recognised the thematic and cross-cutting inspections were highly regarded.
